Head of Business Affairs, Arnold Worldwide
Danielle is an experienced BA Leader with 12+ years of demonstrated history in the advertising world. During these years, she has structured countless deals, negotiated contracts, reviewed budgets, managed and advised both internal and external stakeholders on the development and production of commercials, concerts, podcasts, and activations. She has worked with countless clients including: Southwest Airlines, Barbie, Wells Fargo Bank, Progressive Casualty Insurance, Jack Daniels, John Deere, BMW and many more.
She is highly collaborative, knowledgeable, innovative and always tries to see all perspectives of each deal from start to finish. She has a can-do attitude, is honest and dedicated to her clients and her team at Arnold. Through many tough negotiations Danielle has advised, consoled and celebrated wins with her clients and internal team. She handles every interaction in a sincere and professional manner ensuring client ease and success.
Director of Business Affairs, Fidelity Investments
Jaime has over eleven years of advertising experience. She started her career at Arnold Worldwide as a Broadcast Producer, producing fully integrated content for: McDonald’s, Volvo, New Balance, Progressive Insurance and CenturyLink. After years on the road, Jaime decided to expand her skillset and move into a Business Affairs role. At Arnold she led Business Affairs for Progressive Insurance and Carnival Cruise Line where she managed a variety of talent from influencers to brand icons (Flo).
In 2017 Jaime moved onto the brand side. At Fidelity Investments Jaime created the Business Affairs Group, which was a brand-new position for the in-house advertising agency. At Fidelity, Jaime has been able to use her agency expertise to help support the brand in executing its advertising campaigns.
Director of Business Affairs, MMB
With over 20 years of experience in finance and business affairs, Kim is currently at MMB as the Director of Business Affairs. She advises on all business affairs matters from development, production, post production and distribution of creative to ensure content is produced with minimal risk and on budget. Prior to MMB, Kim was at Hill Holliday. Kim has spent her career negotiating, drafting and closing production related deals such as talent/celebrity agreements, music licensing, production agreements, rights agreements and sponsorship agreements. In both roles Kim handles copyright and trademark reviews and works closely with outside counsel on these matters.
Kim has extensive knowledge of the SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contract, AFM, Educational/Industrial code and Television contract and consults with producers, account teams and clients on union productions. Kim’s experience includes clients from a wide variety of brands including Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Liberty Mutual, Novartis, Verizon, Cadillac, Toyota, Foster Grant, Subway, Dunkin Donuts, Chili’s, John Hancock, Merrell and more.
