Head of Production, DraftKings
Mary D Hanifin (MDH) is in her fifth year at DraftKings as Head of Production, where she leads the team behind some of the brand’s most high-impact content. With over 25 years of experience, she’s shaped award-winning, multi-channel campaigns for top agencies and brands across the industry. At DraftKings, Mary oversees all aspects of production and guides the brand’s creative storytelling across every major sports season—from the NBA and NFL to the NHL and MLB including marquee moments like the Super Bowl, Stanley Cup Playoffs, The NBA, and The Masters.
Before DraftKings, Mary was Head of Production at The VIA Agency, Executive Producer at Element Productions, a founding member of Modernista!, and started her career at Arnold in Boston. When she’s not traveling on production, she’s’ home on Cape Cod- lucky to live in a place that still feels like a getaway.
Lead Producer, DraftKings
Jake Williams is the Lead Producer for DraftKings’ internal creative agency. Alongside Head of Production Mary Hanifin, Jake oversees the production of integrated campaigns as well as DK’s team of producers, editors, and motion graphics artists. Since 2019, Jake has helped DK develop its production foundation, enhance its creative capabilities, and scale operations through the rapid growth of the sports betting industry. Jake’s approach is rooted in a filmmaker and photography background that taught him to always keep his primary focus on the creative. It’s his goal to produce content people want to be a part of and share with their friends.
Creative Technology Group Creative Director, Partners + Napier
Costa Boudouvas is a Group Creative Director who leads the creative technology group at Partners + Napier. For over 15 years, he's helped agencies and brands harness emerging tech to discover new audiences, drive engagement, and connect with culture in ways that make competitors jealous. Now, he's deep in the AI trenches — spending the last two-plus years guiding his agency and clients through the AI evolution and bending it to their benefit. A frequent speaker on all things AI, and a member of the 4As Independent Agencies AI governing board, Costa doesn't just know the future is coming, he's building it.
Director
Vladimir Minuty is a storyteller with a sharp eye, sharper wit, and serious knack for visual flair. A former illustrator, storyboard artist, and assistant director, he channels his mountain of behind-the-scenes experience into the director’s chair—blending his love for character, myth, art, technology, Jiu Jitsu, and Zen with his signature Haitian American dry humor.
Vlad’s cinematic work has turned heads and nabbed awards at the Kantar’s Creative Effectiveness Awards, Telly Awards, Hatch Awards, Hampton’s International Film Festival, Roxbury Film Festival, and the Moxie Awards. He’s teamed with brands like L.L. Bean, Samuel Adams, Fanatics, HBO, Hulu, Fidelity, Life Is Good, American Standard Bath, Fidelity, Hasbro, and Not Your Average Joe’s, to name a few.
Off set, Vlad co-authored “Storyboarding Turning Script to Motion.” Right now, he’s deep in development on feature film projects—because of course he is. Stay tuned!
EP & Head of Studio, Zero VFX
Going on 15 years at ZERO VFX, Meg Bailey serves as Executive Producer and Head of Studio, bringing extensive experience across feature films, episodic television and thousands of commercial projects. A graduate of Emerson College, Meg combines a strong technical foundation with a talent for making complex processes accessible and collaborative. She has VFX-produced for clients such as Progressive, Ford, Pepsi, Apple, Paramount, Sony and A24.
Founder, Zero VFX
Brian Drewes is a technology executive, entrepreneur, and visual effects industry veteran focused on the impact of artificial intelligence on media and creative workflows. He is the co-founder of ZERO VFX and the creator of ZYNC, the first cloud-based rendering platform, which was acquired by Google in 2014. Over his career, Brian has contributed to more than 50 films and series while helping pioneer cloud-based production and emerging AI-driven workflows. He also publishes The Ledger, a newsletter tracking generative AI platform policies, capabilities, and risks for creative professionals.
