Senior Director of Production Technology, GBH
Tim is an acclaimed film and television producer who has worked as a director, producer, cinematographer, editor and motion picture sound editor. Prior to leading the Production Group at GBH he spent 18 years supervising the production and post-production of more than 350 FRONTLINE documentaries. Tim began his career at Hannah Barbera as a cartoon-character voice editor and went on to work on several motion pictures, including "Star Trek IV," “48 Hours,” “Poltergeist,” and the IMAX film "Behold Hawaii.”

Deb Holland has spent 18 years working at PBS stations in Michigan and Tampa. And now she brings that experience to Boston. The diversity of PBS has given her the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from multi-camera concerts to local travelogues to kid’s programs as a producer, director, editor, and videographer.

Alex LaGore is a Boston-based editor with multiple years of experience cutting, color correcting, and sound mixing everything from commercials to documentaries to TV news and live events.

Jill Poisson (They/She) is an award-winning editor, cinematographer, and writer that brings unwavering dedication and passion for every aspect of visual storytelling. Jill's career ambitions growing up, from a lawyer to a meteorologist to an astronaut, were influenced by one film or another. Eventually, they finally decided to take the leap of faith and become a filmmaker.
Production Assistant - GBH, FRONTLINE
Stevie Jones is a Production Assistant working primarily on FRONTLINE’s postproduction team in Boston, MA. In her second year as a production assistant Stevie leads closed-captioning workflows, liaising with our partners at The Caption Center for our initial captions packaging and making changes to the prepared files as the films change up until air. She balances technical requirements of the caption software and the Avid systems we use for our packaging. Once we finish the show, Stevie helps prepare files and caption files for distribution to PBS for over the air, OTT, and social platforms.

Freelance Editor
With over 15 years of editorial, post-production and animation experience, Marisa Salisbury started her career at Cramer in Norwood, MA working on commercial spots for Jordan’s Furniture, Casual Male XL and Boston College. After moving to Los Angeles in 2012, her experience grew to become the lead editor on shows such as Dish Nation, 25 Words or Less, and Steve On Watch. Her client list includes 21st Century Fox, Facebook Watch, and Hulu Originals to name a few. Marisa now runs a Post-Production company in Wakefield, RI with her husband who is a sound designer, working with partners from all over the country.

Arnie Harchik a is long time, emmy award winning editor here in the Greater Boston area. The majority of Arnie’s work has been with public television and WGBH. From FRONTLINE to ZOOM Arnie has edited projects for pretty much every show coming out of GBH. His most recent projects have been with the Lifestyles unit cutting shows such as “Moveable Feast” “Simply Ming” and “Weekends with Yankee.” Arnie’s next project will be editing and post-producing Season 14 of “High School Quiz Show.”

Ben Reichman is a post producer and editor who lives in Watertown, Massachusetts. A former GBHer, currently at Harvard Medical School, his past work also includes a local home renovation TV show, a documentary profile of Walter Benjamin, and enough nonprofit gala videos to ensure a lifelong supply of tote bags.
Senior Editor - FRONTLINE
Before joining FRONTLINE, Barry spent 10 years at Cramer as a Senior Editor and Media Specialist working with a wide range of global clients including The Rolling Stones, New Balance and CBS Sports. He has worked as an editor on numerous short films, one of which was selected to the Cannes International Film Festival. His promotional work at FRONTLINE has been nominated for three national News and Documentary Emmys.

Senior Promotions Producer & Editor - NOVA
Michael Amundson creates compelling and inspiring trailers and commercials for NOVA, the most popular primetime science series on American television. With a background in film production and film history, Mike started his career making high-end commercials and corporate videos. Next Michael turned to public media, working for the venerable investigative journalism series, FRONTLINE, for over a decade. In 2014, Mike received a National Emmy for co-producing NOVA’s Manhunt: Boston Bombers. In 2021 he received the duPont Columbia Award for Outstanding Journalism as an editor for Decoding Covid-19. An artist, technologist and musician, Michael has a passion for integrating technology and emotion to create powerful science media that inspires NOVA’s diverse audience.

Senior Director of Digital Content - GBH
Tory Starr leads GBH’s Digital Content team, a new unit that supports GBH’s production units in digital content creation and innovation in digital video, social media, newsletter and website content. From 2018 to 2022, Starr led GBH’s Emerging Platforms initiative to pilot original programming and instill audience-first content development practices throughout the station. Starr has been at GBH since 2009 in roles spanning production, social media and digital video. She recently completed the Media Transformation Challenge fellowship at Harvard’s Kennedy School that taught a performance-driven approach to digital change in media organizations.
Dylan Leavitt, Founder & Executive Producer - Studio Dylan
Dylan Leavitt is the founder of Studio Dylan, a boutique production company that creates television, documentary film, and video to inspire, entertain, and educate. Specializing in the arts and lifestyle verticals, the studio's original video projects have been featured by Compass, Yankee, and Cuisinart. Dylan's production credits include iconic national PBS programs including Emmy-nominated Antiques Roadshow, James Beard award-winning Lidia Celebrates America with chef Lidia Bastianich, and Emmy-winning Simply Ming with chef Ming Tsai. Dylan developed her eye for storytelling by curating short film series at Telluride Film Festival and the Museum of Fine Arts Boston. She graduated top in her class from Dartmouth College's film program where she won Filmmaker of the Year.

Steven Hathaway is an editor and producer of documentary films. Recent feature film and television credit’s include: My Psychedelic Love Story, American Dharma, Wormwood, The B-Side.
His work has premiered at the Telluride Film Festival, the Venice Film Festival, and the Berlin Film Festival. It has played on Netflix, Showtime, and ESPN. He lives in Concord, Massachusetts with his wife and small dog.
Freelance Editor
Chad Ervin has worked in television and film for over twenty years, working as a producer, writer, cameraperson, editor, and story consultant. As lead film editor, he has made over thirty documentary films for national broadcast, festival, and theatrical distribution. His work has received three Emmy-awards, as well as Peabody, Polk, and duPont Columbia awards, among others. He is a co-founder of the Vermont Production Collective, a non-profit organization that promotes community, collaboration, and skill development for working and aspiring professionals in film and video production and related fields.
