With over 25 years of experience in production across all sides of the business in commercials and film, Jack Bradley unites a passion for music and visual storytelling with excitement for connecting people to his role of CEO and Executive Producer at HiFi Project. In 13+ years with the company, he has continued to build a lineup of repeat clients, including ongoing work for top brands such as Progressive and DraftKings, while fortifying HiFi’s creative offerings to best suit shifts in the ever-changing industry landscape including bespoke music, exclusive catalog offerings, supervision/clearance and full audio post capabilities. (As a lifelong Boston sports fan, he also maintains a unique sense of pride for his work on projects for both the Red Sox and Bruins that earned Emmy Awards.)
In June of 2023, Jack also launched Juice Music, a sister company to HiFi and social media first music company that he created alongside Rich Sica, ex-Tik Tok music manager, and Aleena Bissett from HiFi Project. Its mission is to source and create music specifically for the short-form social media branding space with curated artists and music customized to that paradigm.
VP Creative Sync, Universal Music Group
Karen Macmillan is a music licensing professional based in NYC with 30 years’ experience in the music industry. Her current position is VP, Creative Sync at Universal Music Group pitching frontline catalog for Republic, Island, and Def Jam – specializing in syncing music for brands. Previous campaigns include Budweiser, Samsung, Johnnie Walker, Lowes, Apple, Acura, McDonalds, Google, Facebook, Bank of America, Pepsi, Toys R Us, Sprint, Honda, Subaru, Blue Moon, Toyota, Sainsbury’s, Tim Hortons, Kohl’s, Target, Royal Caribbean, Verizon, Citi Bank, and more.
Owner, Reel Sync Music
Malik Williams is an Emmy nominated and platinum selling composer, producer, engineer, educator whose work has appeared in records, film, television, and national advertising campaigns. His successful work as a composer, multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, voiceover artist, and his ability to work in many different genres, has made Mr. Williams an in demand producer. Mr. Williams owns and operates Reel Sync Music, a custom music production, supervision, music licensing and audio-post production company based in Boston, Massachusetts.
Malik is also a voting GRAMMY member, Co-chair of the Audio Engineering Society (AES), Boston Section and serves on community, educational and DEI committees, including a founder of The Secret Society of Black Creatives, The Loop Lab, Project STEP, Governor Healey’s Arts & Culture Policy Advisory Committee (2022) and The City of Boston Office of Arts & Culture advisor.
Owner, Gratitude Sound
Bryan’s dynamic career in the music industry started with multiple album releases and years of international touring in the punk bands Tree, Gang Green, Clutch, and Never Got Caught. In addition, he’s had the titles of tour manager, stage manager, and guitar tech for other artists. As the owner of Gratitude Sound, Bryan has built a lengthy list of return clients by providing music supervision, original music, and licensing services for ad agencies and production companies. Working with a team of composers, established artists, and emerging talent, Bryan is responsible for the daily operations as well as the creative direction at Gratitude Sound. His composition work has been featured in multiple TV commercials, films, and network television shows.
