Music Licensing & Supervision Specialist
Dave Pettigrew is a seasoned music licensing professional with over 20 years experience in all aspects of negotiating and licensing music for advertising and video games. He has worked for two of the largest publishing and record companies in the world, EMI Music Publishing and Warner/Chappell Music Publishing along with the Warner Music Group. In his role as Senior Vice President Branding, Advertising & Video Games he managed a staff of eight people specializing in music supervision, licensing, music clearance and marketing, original composition, branding and more.
Dave has worked with artists such as Jay Z, Van Morrison, Green Day, Bruno Mars, Led Zeppelin, Ed Sheeran, Katy Perry, Beyonce and many more. He has also been involved in managing synchronization licensing for the estates of George & Ira Gershwin, Cole Porter, Johnny Mercer and more.
Composer & Producer
Brad Hatfield is a keyboardist, pianist, arranger, and Emmy Award winning composer. Brad has performed with The Boston Pops on numerous concerts and recording accompanying such diverse artists as Patti LaBelle, KD Lang, Bono, and James Taylor. He has also performed with Aretha Franklin, Gary Burton, Carly Simon and Livingston Taylor.
Brad's compositions have been heard on movies such as: Iron Man II, Borat, Analyze This, as well as the TV series: The Sopranos, NCIS, ER, CSI, Saturday Night Live, Rescue Me, GLEE, Entourage and many others. Brad was co-composer of the FX series Rescue Me, and currently is on the composing team for the CBS daytime drama The Young and the Restless where is writes and produces a variety of score and source music.
As an arranger and orchestrator, The Boston Pops, Houston Symphony, Kansas City Symphony, Atlanta Symphony and The Rochester Philharmonic have performed his work.
Brad currently teaches Music Supervision and Songwriting for Film and TV for Berklee Online, and serves as Associate Professor in the Berklee College of Music Songwriting Department.
