Brand Managers, Where It All Begins
SVP, Marketing Director, Arnold
Gail Felcher has 15 years of integrated marketing experience and specializes in driving communication strategies and insights across multiple channels. She helped Progressive Insurance break the mold of insurance marketing within a cluttered category, kept the brand culturally relevant and leveraged that relevancy into lead gen tactics. She led the CenturyLink Consumer Brand for 2 years and established a new brand belief within a traditionally DM focused brand, developed work that brought high speed internet to rural America and drove an increase in brand consideration and recognition in a highly competitive marketplace.
Brand re-launches have always been a passion for her and her work on Tribe Hummus and Ocean Spray highlighted her ability to lead teams to the optimal balance of brand and product in a culturally relevant way. Most recently, she’s been leading the Carl’s Jr. team, helping to revitalize a classical American brand and establish themselves as the original West Coast influencer. Other client experience includes Chili’s Bar & Grill, Partners Healthcare, Covidien, and Huntington Bank.
