Come together with fellow film and media students! Student Media Summit features: a  Career Panel with recent college grads sharing insights on launching their careers; Crew Up Lunch networking session for students looking for collaborators and crew; and a special Pitch Fest contest juried by a panel of film professionals with a $1,000 prize!

Career Panel

Learn from recent graduates from area colleges working in the local industry to discuss their experiences and share advice on starting a career in the film, television, and digital media industries.

Welcome Remarks from Meg Montagnino-Jarrett, Director of the Massachusetts Film Office.
Moderated by Daniel Frank, Assistant Professor of Digital Media: TV/Film Production at Endicott College.

Crew Up Lunch

Grab lunch and network with fellow student media makers. Looking for collaborators, crew members, or have skills and resources to share? Post your information on the job boards in the auditorium.

Pitch Fest for Short Films

Pitch your next short film or watch fellow students pitch their work!

Pitches accepted will have 2 minutes to pitch their short film to a panel of industry professionals. Participants will receive feedback from the panel with prizes awarded for the juried winner and runner-up.
