Summer Film Camp introduces students to the creative and collaborative process of film production through hands-on training in camera work, lighting, directing, and on-set production. Throughout the week, participants will build foundational filmmaking skills through group exercises, scene work, and crew-based learning while gaining experience with professional cameras, lighting and grip equipment, and production workflow.
Hosted at Emerson College, the program gives students access to professional production facilities, a working soundstage, and hands-on training with professional film equipment. Students will learn from Emerson College faculty, graduate instructors, and film professionals while gaining practical experience in a supportive, collaborative environment.
