Join us for MPC’s Fall Meeting as we bring the Massachusetts film and media community back together at the Mosesian Center for the Arts.
Reconnect with friends and colleagues from across the industry, meet new faces from the production community, and catch up after the summer. The evening opens with a casual reception, followed by a short speaking program, industry updates, and conversation.

Casting Widow’s Bay: An Emmy-Winning Massachusetts Story
Boston Casting takes us behind the scenes of Apple TV+’s Widow’s Bay, a Massachusetts production that called for more than 80 speaking roles and numerous background performers.
The panel will look at how the team built out the world of the series, found the right local talent, and managed the scale and complexity of casting a major episodic production. We’ll also hear from performers featured in the series about their experience becoming part of Widow’s Bay and bringing its characters and distinctive world to life.
The casting work went on to earn an Emmy Award for Outstanding Casting for a Comedy Series, a first for Boston Casting and a major recognition for the local production community.
Moderated by Jessica Maher, Executive Director of SAG-AFTRA New England.

Free parking is available in the East Garage at Arsenal on the Charles on Kingsbury Rd, just across from Mosesian Center for the Arts.

Finding Mosesian: The main entrance is under the marquee at the front of the building facing Arsenal Street. The address sign on the side of the building can be misleading and does not mark the entrance.
