The production filmed in approximately 145 days in 16 different cities and towns including Ayer, Clinton, Concord, Fitchburg, Gardner, Harvard, Haverhill, Hudson, Leominster, Littleton, Lunenburg, Orange, Salem, Shirley, Tewksbury, and Westford.
Over 800 MA residents were employed on Castle Rock season 2 including crew, principal, and background actors.
