Meg Montagnino-Jarrett, Director, Massachusetts Film Office
Join us in welcoming Meg Montagnino-Jarrett as the new director of the Massachusetts Film Office (MFO). A part of the Massachusetts Office of Travel and Tourism, the MFO focuses on increasing film, television, and media production across the state. Meg brings an impressive 30 years of industry experience spanning feature films, television, and commercial production. Additionally, she served as the MA Film Office liaison for the Cape Ann region from 2013 to 2023, playing a vital role in supporting many notable productions in Massachusetts.
Meg’s expertise and passion for the film industry will leverage the state’s remarkable locations, growing infrastructure, and talented workforce to support filmmakers as they bring their productions to fruition.
Meg will be introduced by Kate Fox, Executive Director of the Massachusetts Office of Travel & Tourism.
Spotlight on Women Commercial Directors
A compelling panel discussion featuring accomplished women in commercial directing. We’ll discuss their creative journeys and careers, their approaches to storytelling and production, how the industry is evolving from their perspectives, and the impact of female leadership in the fast paced world of commercial directing.
