Membership Dues & Tax Deductions

Massachusetts Production Coalition (MPC) is a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization. Membership dues and contributions to MPC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

Membership dues may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense to the extent permitted by law. MPC estimates that 20% of 2026 membership dues are attributable to lobbying and political activities and this portion is not deductible as a business expense.
