Learn about the skills to be a PA (Production Assistant) on feature film and commercial productions in an immersive 1 day workshop training program. Through interactive sessions attendees will gain the knowledge on how to be a successful PA ready to work on set.
PA Workshop training is covered in 3 breakout sessions.
Set Etiquette: PA responsibilities and set protocol
Safety Training: Set safety and best work practices
Career Paths: Resumes, job searches, and networking
The workshop is a unique opportunity for those starting out in the industry to hone their skill set, gain career insights, and make valuable connections. There will be time for hands on demonstrations, to ask questions, and receive feedback.
Attendees will learn from the best local crew in the business. Workshop leaders and panelists include working Directors, Assistant Directors, Production Coordinators, Camera and Lighting Crew, Safety Training Specialists, among other crew and experienced PA's.
Space is limited and early registration is strongly recommended! The PA Workshop typically sells out well in advance.

Pre-Registration is required. The workshop will sell out.
Attendees should wear appropriate clothing for production set work.
Recent college graduates and current students are encouraged to attend.
Attendees receive a take home package that includes: sample call sheets, crew charts, petty cash forms, sample resumes, and more.
Directions & Parking
Parking is available in the Red Sky lot, entrance on Everett St. If the lot becomes full, use the parking lot nearby at the Brighton Mills Shopping Plaza where Star Market is located.
