The Massachusetts film and television incentive is set to expire. If that happens, film and television productions will no longer come to our state. The jobs they create will be lost and local small businesses will be hurt.
After the State House of Representatives included language to remove the expiration of the film incentive program in their State Budget proposal, we are pressing for the State Senate to do the same in their budget in May. We need all hands on deck to push this forward and protect our industry!
Join members of MPC, IATSE Local 481, SAG-AFTRA New England, and Teamsters Local 25 for a Zoom meeting on the state budget process, and what you can do to help this get passed and Keep MA Film Jobs Alive!
