Governor Baker’s proposal House Bill 62 would eliminate the state’s film and television production incentive program. This bill would end thousands of jobs, have a devastating effect on local businesses across the state, and destroy a growing industry. With the Committee on Revenue hearing scheduled at the State House for March 31st, now is the time to respond!

In anticipation of this hearing, we are coordinating with our partners and industry stakeholders to present to the Revenue Committee an accurate and comprehensive portrayal of the vitality of our industry and the great economic benefit of the film and television tax incentive to the Commonwealth.
